[LinuxBIOS] Options.lb File

If I'm not mistake, this file contains the default options for a
mainboard target correct?

But if I specify a conflicting option within the Config.lb file,
shouldn't the Config.lb file take precedence?

Btw, is there some documentation on LinuxBios besides scanning through
the comments within the source?
