[coreboot] Request for comments on removing NE2000 console support

The NE2000 was a fantastic card back in its day, but as far as I can tell, that day is long past.

Is anyone using this feature? Does it make sense to keep it in the master branch?

The code, as far as I can tell, is not problematic, but I also don't know whether or not it's still working. Its implementation really only consists of two files plus sections of Kconfig and a Makefile.

If it's not being used anymore, I'd like to propose that we remove the NE2000 console support from the master branch.

If it is being used by anyone, there's a request to update the description in src/console/Kconfig.
