[LinuxBIOS] get_apicid_base unresolved?

I'm trying to build LinuxBIOS for a tyan s2891 and am getting

linuxbios_ram.o(.text+0x8e22): In function `smp_write_config_table':
: undefined reference to `get_apicid_base'

Has the issue with get_apicid_base not been resolved yet?
