[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 8b5a083 Add SPI flash driver

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Add SPI flash driver

This driver is taken from u-boot and adapted to match
    coreboot. It still contains some hacks and is ICH specific
    at places.
