Patch merged into coreboot/master: 7302d1e lynxpoint: Update IOBP programming method

the following patch was just integrated into master:

lynxpoint: Update IOBP programming method

This follows the new method outlined in the LPT BWG.

It is also very pedantic about its operation so it
    is easier to read and compare against the docs and
    the reference code implementation.
