EPIA + CONFIG_VGABIOS works

Today I tried CONFIG_VGABIOS.
After a little bit of config hassle and fix to compile error,
it just worked.
Now I don't have to use ADLO.
I put VGA BIOS in flash rather than enablnig PCI option ROM
(it was just 0xFF 0xFF..).

I like this code, it is great development.
I should have tried this one first.

well, you made my day ... we grabbed that from x11 and then fixed the 
errors in the emulator.

Can you please write up a HOWTO for epi and vgabios?

Here you are.
In addition to it you need my vgainit.inc from previous patch.

Ron, please look at the fix to pcibios.c. I'm not very sure it
is correct.

Note that I'm booting linux with BOOT_IDE, which is believed
to be unstable. For me, I could never get it past the verify code
in elfboot.c. It should be problem in either binutils or IDE
driver, but for now I just commented out the verify code
and it's working fine for me.

Maybe I can have Etherboot+VGABIOS as payload, but I just don't
know how to do it in the config file.

It seems some more work is needed before that,
to get it work for Andrew so he commits the necessory patches.

I'm not a good writer in English, as you see, so my HOWTO
would be low quality in some aspect.

If you can just get something rough I'll be happy to rework it in more 
native english and then include it in my document.
