a few things.

Don't know why the MTRRs are not supporting all of memory but you
ought to fix that.

Can you get rid of the vga bios? That will save some time.

I forget the last thing :-)

oh yeah, when you get it for real, turn down the default console log
level to ERR. Printing takes a surprising amount of time.
