all under dev_root link0.

Exactly.  I simply removed the debugging code that was doing this because
the mainboard is much easier to read and maintain without it.

But for debugging it is a sane technique and it may be worth having an example
around somewhere that does this.  Just always doing it in every mainboard file
seems like overkill.
