how to read thermal sensor in 82801db

I hope I can read cpu temperature under linux.  I know
I can read thermal sensor through smbus just like
reading spd.  Who know the slave address of the sensor
and know the meaning of every byte of the sensor?  Is
there any existing utility to read thermal sensor of
81801db?
