[LinuxBIOS] [flashrom] patch: added Am29LV040B (trivial)

Hello All!
Looking through the sources of Uniflash utility I found that this chip
is no more no less than low-voltage variant of Am29F040B but with
different ID.

So I created a very quick patch (attached). BTW anyone have tried to
reuse sources of Uniflash. Although it uses some proprietary calls I
found it useful.
