Hi, I just flashed a ga-6bxc and find no way to access its usb sticks. Filo has been compiled with IDE_NEW_DISK and USB_STACK. filo> kernel uda1:/vmlinuz spits out: File not found.
I think that the devices are not seen at all. Is there a way to find it out? probe seems to check only IDE stuff, is that true? If so, then hwat else can I try?
thanks BeBa

This means that there is no file with that name on the first USB device.

Did you check the serial log? Did you try plugging in the stick after FILO was up?

Yes.

I've plugged in an usb stick right now, I can see no output on the serial console. (serial log?). Tapping on the ESC button gives me a brisk view of what is in there but it is too quick for me to remember. I am using minicom 2.1 any hists?

I am positive on the file names that are there on the usb sticks. In addition some CDs do not boot, others do. Sysrcd doesn't, puppy 4.1 does. USB disks do not work, though, here.
That's why my suspicion falls at the device descovery.
