Add MMCONF resource to AMD fam14 PCI_DOMAIN.
The coreboot resource allocator doesn't respect resources claimed in the APIC_CLUSTER. Move the MMCONF resource to the PCI_DOMAIN to prevent overlap with PCI devices.
