It is a Giga-byte mobo, the GA-6VEML: http://tw.giga-byte.com/products/products.htm. Apparently it can only be ordered from Walmart's web site, at least, that's the way I got mine. Comes with a keyboard, mouse, and speakers, $199.86 + shipping and tax. -Steve
