nasm.us is currently down. temporary fix is to use fossies.org

nasm is a part of coreboot's toolchain. For those who are in a hurry,
could open ./coreboot/util/crossgcc/buildgcc and replace a
NASM_ARCHIVE line with
NASM_ARCHIVE="https://fossies.org/linux/misc/nasm-$%7BNASM_VERSION%7D.tar.bz2"
(its' checksum is going to be verified, so no trust issues)
