lenovo/g505s EC kb9012 - possible to falsh EC bios?

Hi Coreboot team
i came across this article Board:lenovo/g505s - coreboot.
Is there a way to reflash the bios of KB9012 of this board using coreboot?   (it is EC
bios and inbuilt)
This EC chip has become corrupt and I was wondering if at all coreboot had a solution for
this . I was planning to go for the RT809F serial isp programmer, thought i might ask you
guys first.
