- From what I have been able to ascertain thus far, the SeaBIOS debug patch (hash c48d791) cause the KGPE-D16 to no longer boot reliably. Combined with an unrelated glitch with our REACTS instance, the problem was masked for 9 days before finally being exposed today.
I am not sure what the best course of action is at this time. Reverting the patch is probably not the solution, however I am uncomfortable with the fact that the KGPE-D16 does not boot reliably in general when the debug level is increased, and that this general issue appears to translate into the payload as well.
