I finally got past booting this board. The system boots fine with a 2GB stick of memory, but it freezes with 4GB. It looks like I am missing something to properly initialize memory to get correct SPD info. Maybe SMBUS isn't working properly? What should I check? Here is the log for 4GB (2 sticks):
