[LinuxBIOS] power on via usb

Hello,

any idea what's required for system power on via usb device?

On said system power-on via ps/2 keyboard already works.

I immagine that even if the original bios does not support it, it merely
means that the 1st hard power-on won't work. However, I think that 2nd and
subsequent soft power off/on cycles would work if the system would be put in
stand-by mode in the right way.
