[coreboot] 3.3V PCI Post Card

Hello All,

Is anybody aware of a 3.3V PCI Post Card. I happen to purchase a PCI Post
Card from ElstonSystems and looks like it operates on 5V. Unfortunately the
Geode DB800 board that I have doesnt provide 5V.
