(cheap, good for experimenting, no CPU-monsters but maybe enough for simpler applications)
On the other hand, have a look at e.g. the Asus M2N-MX/DVI2. It's dirt cheap, a suitable processor can also be had at a very low price, also very cheap, vga is included, it even has dvi out. Total system price will be lower than an EPIA. And you can buy it in just about any shop, right now. Brand new. Imagine if that card could run LinuxBIOS. Now, how far from the mcp55 is the nforce 430? How much will the integrated vga complicate things that are not related to graphics?
