[coreboot] Patch Supermicro H8QME

This patch adds the Supermicro H8QME-2+ (fam10) Motherboard with the
following remaining issues:
- ACPI not working
- SMBus gets irq 0 instead of 5
- Loading VGA rom fails (using seabios to do it).
