There's no support for any laptops in LB yet, so you would first have
to create the mainboard and add any neccessary code for it to LB.
This is usually difficult because of extra hardware in laptops that
noone has documentation for.

Once there is support, reflashing the boot flash chip should be
rather straight forward on those laptops that in fact support
flashing. Being able to flash may also be controlled in undocumented
ways though, so it can be a bit of work.
