Currently not necessary because the security code is not in place.  But 
  Somewhere in the B3 - B4. It will start showing up.

The infrastructure for requesting this is also not yet setup.  But 
eventualy it will be filling out a web form and then waiting some period 
  and it will show up in e-mail.
