[coreboot] Can't write new comments under "payloads/cbui: Add new payload CBUI" change

Good day! So, I found this Gerrit change:

Wanted to reply " Not tested yet, but looks like a nice idea " but got this:

Error 400 (Bad Request): One or more comments were rejected in
validation: Exceeding maximum number of comments: 5139 (existing) + 2
(new) > 5000

This issue might be blocking the further work on this change (and I
don't see why there should be any limit at all)
