the spi memory has #CE und #WP (chip enable, write protect) in their 8 pin package
on the mobo there is a wp jumper. why not exchange #CE with #WP on the chip und use the jumper as a dual bios #CE at runtime ?
seems like GA came out with the third revision of their M57SLI mobo.
