how about #HOLD ?
It's not good enough on it's own.
Check out the MX flash chip data sheet.
The HOLD state in the chip depends on CS# as well, plus the HOLD# pin is connected across both U5 and U9 which makes it annoying to work with if we're going to use the U9 pads.
