[coreboot] coreboot services are back up

[coreboot org]

This should have taken care of the issues we've been seeing recently
with gerrit.

If you see any issues with any of the services, other than the redmine
service at ticket.coreboot.org, which is on a different server, please
respond to this email and let us know what you're seeing.
