[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 6a8d16b Change AMD vendorcode build

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Change AMD vendorcode build

Apply the normal method of recursively including subdirectories
    for src/vendorcode. Remove redundant references under
    mainboard and northbridge.
