That's how I'm doing this -- how swap. No choice, I don't have a bios on the big parts.
- find out if the chips are wired differently (this includes being
soldered on different pads)
- check for accidential shorts.
I gotta find a scope I suppose.
What's weird is these parts were being found earlier.
