[coreboot] coreboot support for Tyan S2915-E

I am interested in using coreboot on a Tyan S2915-E:

Quick disclaimer:  I don't actually have the system setup yet, so it is
impossible to run, e.g., "lspci -tvnn", etc.

With that aside, here are the details, as per the FAQ, and to the best of my
ability to provide them:
CPU:  AMD Opteron, presumably would acquire most recent socket F variant
Northbridge:  integrated into CPU
Southbridge:  NVIDIA NFP3600 / NFP3050
SuperIO:  SMSC SCH5307
BIOS:  Phoenix BIOS on 8Mbit LPC Flash ROM
