I think the vendor BIOS said HP DL145, not AMD Serenade.
Then the board is HP DL145, not AMD Serenade. Don't mistake the bare hardware for the motherboard. Firmware plays a very big role.
Ok. Although my guess is that "very big" is probably incorrect in this case. My guess is that they are identical.
