Hi,
I used RAMTEST=1 and memtest (from memtest86.com) as payload : USE_ELF_BOOT=1 payload memtest (default memtest is elf , correct ?)
RAMTEST output :
Testing SDRAM : 00000000-0009ffff
SDRAM fill:
00000000 00010000 00020000 00030000 00040000 00050000 00060000 00070000 00080000 00090000 0009ffff
SDRAM verify:
00000000 00010000 00020000 00030000 00040000 00050000 00060000 00070000 00080000 00090000 0009ffff
Done.

Have you just tried memtest first?
I am wondering if you do in fact have a dram problem.
