Please provide a full lspci -vvnnxx attached to an email sent to this 
thread.

This is an AMI BIOS, so please send me personally the file created by:

dd if=/dev/mem of=/tmp/msi_kt4_ultra.system.rom bs=64k count=1 skip=15

I am sure that support for your board can then be added.
