[LinuxBIOS] Is my hardware supported?

Hello there, I'm looking to install linuxbios on my box here, as is a friend 
of mine. I was wondering how I am to know if my hardware is supported.

Someone has suggested mailing hardware details to the list. Will an lspci or 
lshw work?
