Add fdt interface from u-boot.
This change adds a copy of top of the u-boot tree fdt interface (all u-boot.git:include/*fdt*.h files as of sha1 fa82f871c8dbc9a15e8dc274b3f99dd5fa0da458)
The files are being added as is to establish the baseline for possible future changes.
The code is not yet being compiled.
