[coreboot] Porting to a new netbook

Hello,
Assuming that Boot Guard isn't enabled, collect the logs outlined on the
wiki page (https://www.coreboot.org/Motherboard_Porting_Guide), find a
board in the tree similar to yours (duplicate it into a separate folder)
and modify it based on the logs.
