Hi peter, I don't know if it is related to your problem and how old your kernel is but it seems there was a problem with: "MSI failure was due to BIOS not setting HT_MSI_FLAGS_ENABLE bit in the HyperTransport MSI mapping capability of the HT-to-PCI bridge (PCI device 0:1.0)."
