here is an updated patch series, no changes in types.h / multiboot.h anymore.
You can ignore 0011-enable-debug-g.patch.
The change in stage0_common.S was not part of my changes, it seem that
it was introduced by a svn update Jordan did? ( it was commited by
Carl-Daniel, i think).
