[coreboot] [PATCH] Fix bootswitch of SATA/PATA

Hello,

Following patch fixes the boot_switch_sata_ide logic. It can swap primary / 
secondary IDE channel with SATA (in IDE mode).

The bug was that setup was done in wrong device.
