crossgcc: fix building acpica on BSD/non-linux
Fix building acpica on BSD/non-linux. Rename patches/acpica-unix-20121114_drop_cflags_unknown_to_xcode.patch to patches/acpica-unix-20121114_drop_unknown_cflags.patch
