[coreboot] Gitiles, the gerrit file viewer has been disabled

Hi Everyone,
  We've been having issues with the gitiles file browser crashing gerrit, so we've disabled it temporarily.

The issue seems to have been caused by a crawler trying to get data from gitiles. This was generating a significant amount of traffic and causing gerrit to slow down and eventually crash. Gitiles in general seems to be a source of issues, but the excessive traffic definitely made it worse.

We're going to do what we can to prevent this from happening again, but we're not sure how long that's going to take.
