[coreboot] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 2aa966b Add specific power management init code for PantherPoint

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Add specific power management init code for PantherPoint

There are enough subtle differences in the magic values that
    it is easier to make a separate function.

This fixes a reset hang with pantherpoint chipset.
