Ok, but when I look inside my DL145G1 the text "AMD Serenade" is printed on the motherboard. In fact, HP DL145 G1 is not a motherboard, it's a server which uses the AMD Serenade motherboard.
Does the vendor BIOS say "HP DL145 G1" or "AMD Serenade" ?
I think the vendor BIOS said HP DL145, not AMD Serenade.
Then the board is HP DL145, not AMD Serenade. Don't mistake the bare hardware for the motherboard. Firmware plays a very big role.
