[LinuxBIOS] PATCH: IT8673F Super IO support.

Hi,

here's a patch which adds support for the IT8673F Super IO. I cannot
test it at the moment (other than that it builds), but it's reasonably
similar to the IT8671F, so I think it should work (given that I didn't
miss anything important in the datasheet).
