Well, we could do that with files which have a free-ish license, but I'd rather not do it with random other files.
The 22C3 video of your talk (on the DVD) is recorded by me so I guess technically I (sort of) own the copyright? So that would be no problem, I can license it under whatever free license we prefer.
In any way, I think the official video recordings are Creative Commons licensed, so we could strip out your talk only (out of the whole lightning talks session) and put it into the wiki?
