The xeltek ISP Header + 280U can be used for in-system programming.
That could be useful, if your mb don't have flash socket and flash os soldered in.

Eyeteck had a bios simulator and debug card for little money on their web page..
but they don't seem to exist anymore, or have temporary trouble.
