I have the C3 video around too, but I think Ron's FOSDEM talk has all

If we want to host youtube files locally I like http://vixy.net/ for
converting FLVs. Big plus is that they then become native size, plus
we could recode them to theora. Hosting is very cheap at youtube
though. :)
