There is no "buy" button on any of their product pages. Email the sales rep on the right of the screen.

The manufacturer sells it [1], I guess. But the RK9 is most likely not what you want, being a 6kg ruggedized notebook.
ps: I did the same about the Getac P470 with the same results: nobody
seems to sell it.
