Yes it's possible to have a FSB run faster than the memory speed. The 
system may actually run slower, the same or faster set this way 
depending on the architecture. Try it and see, it won't hurt anything.

On a side note: If the docs only list 533 as a max DDR2 speed then it's 
probably not qualified to run at 667 or 800. The again it depends on 
what memory devices are used and the PCB layout for the DDR2 traces. 
Vendors have changed specs without a change to the die in past.
