[coreboot] test UTF-8

Hi,

it seems the svn commit mails are somehow mangled an end up being
US-ASCII instead of UTF-8 although the sending process specifies UTF-8
in the header.

A nonsensical UTF-8 text follows:
Ämter Störung Mühe Măgherușan 普通话
